Since 2009, The Beattie Group has increasingly established its footprint in the Southwest Florida community. What began as a simple, family-style remodeling venture has expanded to a multi-venue company that has become the community’s preferred designer and builder of custom and semicustom homes, a local builder of production homes, a trusted resource for granite countertops, as well as a home services company.
Following the initial COVID shutdown in Spring 2020, Beattie Development’s employee headcount has increased from 28 to more than 140, and is still growing. The New Home Sales Consultant is responsible for helping the buyer select a floorplan and purchase a property by arranging for showings, negotiating transactions, drafting sales proposals and working through the transaction to closing. Reports to the New Home Sales Manager. This independent contractor position is commission based. Minimum 2-3 years of previous New Home Sales experience. Must be available to work at the model 2-3 times a week, including at least 1 day on the weekend.
The Remodel Sales Consultant will be responsible for responding to remodel requests from potential clients and leading them through the sales and pre‐construction process to the finalization of the contract.
The Area Construction Manager is responsible for our New Home Division and will directly oversee a team of Superintendents and their assigned projects. The Senior Superintendent will participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation in a timely manner.
The Construction Manager is responsible for the successful execution and completion of residential construction projects from inception to final delivery. They serve as the on-site leader and are tasked with managing all aspects of the construction process, including coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes, and maintaining a safe work environment.
The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment to perform various tasks, such as excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling.
The Construction Laborer is responsible for working closely with the Equipment Operator doing a wide variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of residential construction projects.
