As Bob Knight, president of Paul Homes began his transition toward retirement, he searched for a builder with similar building standards and customer service philosophies to carry on the 30-year tradition of excellence he had established in Cape Coral. Enter Paul Beattie, who has developed an excellent reputation of his own as one of Southwest Florida’s premier home builders.

This collaboration resulted in Beattie Development assuming the rights to market and build the Majestic floor plan, which has been a highly popular model for Paul Homes during the past decade.

As part of this collaboration, Beattie Development has brought several key employees of Paul Homes onboard, including Jeffrey Gazlay, a 20-year Paul Homes veteran, who assumes the role of New Home Division Manager at Beattie. This makes for the smoothest of transitions, as former Paul Homes staffers with complete knowledge of the Majestic are there to answer your questions and participate in building your dream home.

Beattie Development is now operating out of the Majestic model center located at 1406 Cape Coral Parkway in Cape Coral, as well as at its existing Arthur Model Home Center at 4402 Chiquita Blvd. S. in Cape Coral.
